Who we are

ZenithOpsTech is a trading name of Zenith Operations Tech Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17337342). Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using any ZenithOpsTech product, or by browsing zenithopstech.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or products. You must be 18 or over to make a purchase.

The products

We sell digital budgeting and organisation templates for Notion (and any accompanying spreadsheet files described on the product page), delivered electronically after purchase in the form of a duplicate link. No physical goods are shipped. Screenshots and mock-ups on the site are illustrative, and any figures shown in examples are sample data only.

Not financial advice

Our templates are organisational tools for personal use. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice. ZenithOpsTech is not a financial adviser or credit provider and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for checking the figures you enter.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the amount you pay unless any tax or fee is shown separately at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Delivery

After payment you are taken to an access page containing your duplicate link and setup guide, and Stripe emails a receipt to the address you provide. If you don’t get access, or your link doesn’t work, please contact us before disputing the charge so we can fix it quickly.

Cancellation & refunds

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy. This is in addition to, and doesn’t affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Acceptable use

• Use the templates within the scope of the tier you purchased (see the Licence Agreement)
• Don’t redistribute, resell, or publicly share a duplicate link so that others can create their own copy
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the site or checkout systems

Intellectual property

The structure, design, copy, and branding of ZenithOpsTech templates and this website remain the intellectual property of Zenith Operations Tech Ltd. Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use it as described in the Licence Agreement — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make using the templates, and our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page, and apply to purchases made after that date.
