Licence Agreement

Licence grant

Upon purchase, Zenith Operations Tech Ltd (trading as ZenithOpsTech) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to duplicate and use the purchased template within your own personal Notion workspace(s), for your own household budgeting.

Licence by tier

• Starter — the Budget & Cash Flow System, for your own personal use
• Core — the Core Budget Planner (savings & balances tracker, bills calendar), for your own personal use
• Growth — the Growth Budget Planner (adds savings goals, net worth, how-to library), for your own personal use
• Ultimate — the Complete Budget Suite plus the Extra Templates Pack, for your own personal use

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or share your duplicate link so that others can create their own copy. You may not remove or misrepresent ZenithOpsTech’s authorship in the underlying template files. You’re welcome to use the templates for your own household or family budget — you just can’t resell the templates themselves as a product.

Termination

We may end a licence if these terms are materially breached, such as by unauthorised redistribution. Ending a licence for breach does not entitle you to a refund once the 14-day money-back period has passed, and does not affect any refund already due under our Refund Policy.
