Information we collect

When you browse ZenithOpsTech, buy a template, or contact support, we may collect: your name and email address; payment details, which are collected and processed by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number; messages you send through the contact form; and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our web hosting provider records in server logs.

How we use it

• To deliver the product you purchased and provide support (performance of our contract with you)
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation)
• To respond to your enquiries and to keep the site secure (our legitimate interests)

Sharing & disclosure

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the business — Stripe to take payment, and our web hosting and email providers — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Cookies & fonts

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Stripe may set its own cookies when you use our checkout, as described in Stripe’s privacy policy. To display the site’s typefaces, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you load a page.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Stripe and Google, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement) apply.

How long we keep data

We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes (typically six years), and support messages for up to two years, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, and request that we provide it in a portable format, subject to records we must legally keep. To exercise any of these rights, email support@zenithopstech.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Our products are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
